It’s hard to believe that two years have passed since Recharged Automotive moved into our current premises on Checketts Lane Industrial Estate.
The move marked a significant step forward for the business and provided the foundation for the growth we’ve experienced since.
With additional workshop space, a modern customer reception area and room for future expansion, the new premises allowed us to invest heavily in the customer experience and our technical capabilities.
Since moving in, a lot has changed including:
- We’ve refurbished the workshop,
- Installed new equipment,
- Added a dedicated 4 wheel alignment ramp,
- Invested in additional ramps to take our total to 7 ramps,
- Expanded our diagnostic capabilities and
- Strengthened our position as a leading German vehicle specialist in Worcester.
The additional space has future-proofed the business for continued growth. It has allowed us to improve the customer experience, increase workshop capacity, expand our team, and invest heavily in specialist equipment. Today, we’re able to carry out almost all diagnostics, programming and complex repairs in-house, giving customers quicker turnaround times and access to dealership-level expertise without the dealership pricing.
The larger premises have also enabled us to support more customers, grow our team and take on apprentices as we continue investing in the future of the business.
Looking back, moving to Checketts Lane was one of the best decisions we’ve made. It gave us the platform to continue improving every aspect of what we do, from customer service and communication through to diagnostics, repairs and vehicle maintenance.
