Six months ago, we welcomed our newest apprentice, Harry to the Recharged Automotive team.
As modern vehicles become increasingly complex, investing in the next generation of technicians has never been more important. Today’s technicians need to understand everything from traditional mechanical repairs to advanced diagnostics, hybrid systems and electric vehicle technology.
Over the last six months, our apprentice has gained hands-on experience across servicing, maintenance, inspections and workshop procedures while learning alongside our experienced technicians.
Harry has also had the opportunity to work in a modern workshop environment equipped with dealer-level diagnostic tooling and specialist equipment, providing valuable exposure to the technologies used across Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, SEAT and Skoda vehicles.
We’re incredibly pleased with the progress made so far. The enthusiasm, willingness to learn and positive attitude shown every day gives us great confidence for the future.
Developing young talent remains an important part of our long-term plans, and we’re excited to continue supporting the next stage of Harry’s journey.
